The entire team is friendly and professional — from the office staff who handle scheduling to the work crews who come out to the house. Everyone is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. What really sets them apart is that they’re a local, family-owned business in a time when so many companies have been bought out by large corporations. You can truly feel the difference in their customer service and integrity. I trust them 100% with all my HVAC needs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

These guys are fair and honest. They do great work and clean up after them selves . David and his crew were there. And I found David to up front with everything and very professional and honest. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!!!!!

I used Colts Cooling for the first time today. I will for sure be using them in the future. I greatly appreciated the time David took to explain my current issue. He even took photos of unit and walked through how and why he would fix each issue. This team has completely NAILED clear and honest communication. They are locally owned and operated. They were on time for the appointment.
