Emilio came on a Saturday after he closed to deliver and install our dryer and take our old one away. He was professional, courteous and on time. Highly recommend.

Very nice people. Set up my appointment and Moises came the following Monday. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. Came back the next Monday and put the parts in. The parts were defective. Rather than take a chance on the new parts to be defective, we opted to just get a new stove. This is in no way a reflection on Columbia Appliance Repair. They were great. If I have to have another appliance repair job done, I will definitely call them.

When I called the office, they were friendly and able to get a technician out within a couple of days. Moises arrived when he said he would he was very efficient and polite. He figured out right away what was wrong ordered the part and was back in two days to repair my stove and fridge. He also cleaned up everything he used. Great service! Thank you.
