Columbia Bank Garage

I park here once a week and there is no service and I had a ticket before I was able to get parking going. My fault and I forgot, fine. Ticket is $45.50. If you pay 6 days or later it skyrockets to $84.50. On top of it, they have a $6.50 handling fee. Not sure what thats for because if you pay online there's another handling fee that STACKS on top for another $1. Idk what two handling fees and exorbitant charges do for a place that costs $13. One time mistake after 2 years of parking and this just seems imbecile. I hate this garage and its small parking spots

Do not let your time expire for one minute because they patrol like crazy. I had 11 minutes between my parking payments and I came back to a ticket on my windshield. $45 and change.

A new company has taken over the parking garage and the service is now worse. They've removed the onsite pay station and went to an app (ParkWhiz) that can't locate the garage, unless you scan the code. On top of that, they raised the monthly rate from $130 to $190. If there was a negative star option, this would be it.

I've had my credit card info stolen from parking here twice using the parking QR check in.

Parked in the garage and paid using the QR code with my phone. Came back and got a $50 ticket. This place is a scam!
