The process of scheduling a carpet cleaning was extremely easy. I picked a date and time. I received a few text messages confirming the time the service was going to be completed. He showed up exactly on time, and finish the cleaning in an hour or two. The carpet looks fantastic. Price was exactly what was quoted in the online scheduling tool. I will definitely be scheduling more services in the future
