My husband has been doing business with Columbia for many years and we recently moved to the Iola area so decided to do business with them since we were close. Ordered 27 windows for a job I had and everything went well. Ordered a storm door for a job and was told it would take about six weeks to get. After nine weeks I still didn’t have the door. Was told that they had broken the glass and had to reorder it. They kept telling me that they would have the glass next week. They said that the truck from Tulsa didn’t have enough glass to make a delivery so they were going to drive to Tulsa and get it. That was week eleven. Today I checked, week thirteen, and no door.
