Comac Pump & Well

I cannot recommend this company enough whether it be you need a new well, services or what not. Extremely professional throughout the whole process, they kept me in the loop throughout the whole drilling process as well as the interior work. They took the time to explain to me everything that goes into a well for new construction and all the small details that go into it. It helps that I also think they have a magic touch, doing a well on a hill can always be scary never knowing how deep you're gonna have to go, but with their magic touch, they managed to hit water at an acceptable level. highly recommended!

We used Comac for a new construction well, and could not have been more pleased. From the initial contact, estimate, and scheduling all the way to the final install of the pump and tank, everything was a breeze. The office staff was super responsive and communicative, and the field crews were very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Everyone always talks about well companies adding crazy fees on after the work is done, but they did none of that. Will not hesitate to recommend them in the future or use them again for any future needs!

We lost water in our home on a Sunday morning in November. I called Comac’s after hours line and received a call back within the hour. They were able to schedule us for first thing Monday morning (the next morning). Bill and his team showed up and were able to diagnose that the well pump was tripping on thermal overload within minutes. By noon, we had an entirely new well pump, storage tank and VFD installed. The VFD allows us to maintain constant, higher water pressure than we had before. Bill explained the process every step of the way and gave me a few pricing options. The price definitely stung, but in my research all well pump replacements cost near the same amount. I called this morning because we were experiencing very low water pressure. They were able to fit us in this afternoon. Bill called on his way to my house and was very friendly upon arrival. He and the assistant got right to work, quickly identified the problem, fixed it, and then taught me what to do so I could do it myself in the future. I was very impressed by this company and would not hesitate to use them again!
