Comack's Flooring America

Bad experience with Comack's Flooring America in Hayden, Idaho. I ordered LVP flooring for a house further south of CDA. Colin Comack went to the house to measure, and his estimate included the cost of $457.50 for R & R base. I asked Colin if the old baseboards would be ok to be re-installed and the answer was yes. I signed the contract with Comack's Flooring America. A subcontractor received the key to the house and did the installation without me being present. When I saw the finished job, it turned out that after removing old carpets, the old baseboards were about an inch too short, exposing a stripe, about one inch wide of a hollow area in the wall and at the corners. Neither the subcontractor nor store manager George Comack alerted me about that, and the ill-fitting old baseboards

Hands down the best flooring. We was looking for vinyl flooring and the staff at comack was awesome to work with. Shaun our sales rep took us through the process and there was no pressure sales tactics to deal with. That to me is incredibly important, after we decide on our flooring George the owner came to our house to take measurements, not only did he enjoy just talking about other things besides the job he made us feel very comfortable. We are now enjoying our new flooring but the price is unbeatable I highly recommend to check them out. Thanks to everyone at comacks Flooring.

Back in November we had new LVT flooring installed in our office. From day one I felt like the communication was lacking but things happen and when it was all said and done the floor looked amazing. At then end of April I noticed some of the planking starting to lift. I contacted Craig and he said he would get it taken care of. Here we are two months later and I have over 30 planks lifting. Some are so bad that they are a tripping hazard. I have older patients that come in my office and I really fear for their safety. I can say that I have called Craig at least 20 times only to never have him reach out to me with a solution or any concern. Basically these guy ripped me off. They installed the wrong carpet pad. The installation of carpet was not done well. Then charged me more to fix the problem then brought the wrong pad out again. They did refund my money for the last fix part but we have to go to another shop and get the job done right. Stay away!

My husband and I found ourselves in an emergency situation after buying a home and realizing after the purchase that the flooring in the bathrooms , laundry room, and bedrooms was unsalvageable and had to be replaced prior to moving in. I came into the store with 3 weeks to get the flooring picked out, delivered and installed. Craig was an absolute life saver and was very patient, kind and helpful despite the rushed timeline.
