I chose Combs Home Inspections for a house I was looking to purchase and I am so glad I found them! Matt immediately got me scheduled, offered to text or call which I appreciated due to my busy schedule. He made the scheduling process easy, even had Saturday appointments available. During the inspection he gave me a rundown of what he found, making sure I understood everything. He willingly answered my million questions. Very personable and realistic with a thorough inspection. Matt was great and got our inspection done on the day we requested which was the day after Christmas which we really appreciated! This is our first time buying a home and Matt took time to point out how things work for us that we otherwise would never have known about, as well as showed us the issues he found around the house. We received his report the same day within an hour of finishing the inspection and it was very detailed with photos and descriptions of everything he saw. The payment was very fast and easy and all prices were disclosed beforehand- All around it was a great experience for us as first time home buyers- thank you again Matt!

As a business owner, I understand the hard work that goes into earning 5-stars. Drew earned 5-stars each time we worked with him. Matt was excellent to work with as well… easy to communicate with and got us appointment times set up promptly. Drew was our inspector for not one, but two homes while my wife and I have been house hunting. For each house Drew was excellent with nothing short of professional across the board. Made us feel secure in our choices with our house hunting. Thankfully, we are now on track to close in mid January with a clear mind of what needed to be repaired/negotiated in our deal.
