We hired Combs Landscaping and Nursery Inc. for a big project: removing 20+ overgrown ornamental grass plants and replacing them with evergreen trees. If you’ve ever tried removing ornamental grass, you know it’s no joke—it’s back-breaking work! The Combs crew showed up early and worked three long days straight in sweltering heat. Their work ethic was incredible. They were respectful, professional, and handled every question or concern immediately. At one point, we realized only the back of the yard was being worked on, but we also needed the side cleared and planted. One quick call to Combs, and it was sorted. Dave responded quickly when I first reached out for a free quote and made an appointment time in late February to come see the area and hear what I was wanting. He said he’d get a quote back to me within a week, but was much quicker than that and got the quote back to us the next day! This was a new install since there was no landscape in place, and the design was beautiful! It turned out exactly as designed! With the rain in the area, the project was pushed back a couple weeks longer than originally expected, but Dave communicated that with me, which was greatly appreciated! We recently had a complete landscaping makeover, as well as added some privacy trees to our rear easement, and Combs did a fantastic job! Dave the designer, was very responsive and provided great attention to detail. The entire process from beginning to end was great! The landscape team did an amazing job and was quick and courteous. I will also note that I had reached out to other local contractors before contacting Combs, and Combs was the "ONLY" company that acted like they wanted my business. We moved into our new house in January of 1998. We tried our hands at diy landscaping, but nothing ever lasted very long. THEN along came Combs Landscaping. WOW!
