I’ve been in my home for 13 years. Over that time period I have had a few techs come out. Comfort AC and Heating is the best service I’ve had! Ivan is the man. He’s punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. I wasn’t charged an arm and a leg. I would leave 10 stars if I could. They thoroughly examined the system and found that everything was actually working properly, which gave me real peace of mind. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. They didn’t try to upsell or create a problem that wasn’t there. Rafael was very professional. Service was fast and reasonably priced. One thing he did that I really appreciated was to show readings and what they should be based on manufacturer recommendations. This allowed me to be informed to make decisions on what I should do. Definitely a company I would recommend to my friends and family.

Ivan was at my home checking my AC. I asked if he had time for my parents and he was able to get their AC fixed. He had the parts needed and the refrigerant available. He has amazing work ethic and also let us know every step of the way.
