Ed was super helpful in fixing my AC issue. I am a tenant and my landlords live out of the country which left me pretty stressed out. He communicated quickly and solved the issue in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!

I had a new system installed at my business they were Very professional and very fast I got the estimate and install was done quickly. The installers were all so pleasant and very thoughtful with keeping everything clean. I am so impressed i would recommend them anytime Great company. And the warranty is excellent

I came into town to a non functioning air conditioner. Comfort Caddies was very responsive and Ozzy, the technician who came to help, was awesome. He went over a 21 item check list and very clearly explained what had happened and what needed to be done. Super service. I would highly recommend.

This was my first experience with them and I am very impressed. Our AC went out on Sunday and we are 1,600 miles away. I contacted them on the recommendation of a friend. I called at 1:00pm and by 5:30 the system was repaired and cooling. They’re my new guys! Well done.

Very unprofessional, totally refused to come and check out my central a/c because it was an old unit, they told me the only solution was to replace it, seriously? So I hung up and called another repair guy with an impeccable rating and happened to be a one man business owner, this super cool guy said he didn’t care how old it was, he came over 2 hrs later and had my a/c back up and running probably in less than 30 minutes! Comfort Caddies cost would have been thousands of dollars but the other guy fixed it for $98, that’s why I don’t like to use these large companies because they’re a total rip off!
