Mike provides excellent service with a very pleasant attitude. He was focused on his work but still took the time to answer questions. That made me feel very comfortable knowledge as well as his work. I am a repeat customer and will continue to call him with my HVAC and tankless water heater needs.
I have used this company a few times now. Each time has been a great experience. Mike showed up to diagnose the problem and found the issue within minutes each time, grabs parts and gets the job done asap. I’ll be using Comfort Concepts for all my heat & air needs in the future. Locally owned and operated. Honest and reliable service. Mike is very knowledgeable and he will not try and sell you anything you do not need. Been with Comfort Concepts for years. In my opinion, Comfort Concepts is the absolute best in Oklahoma City.
Comfort Concepts, Mike, has done our HVAC maintenance plus our tankless water heater maintenance for almost 5 years. This past summer he replaced both of our AC units and heating unit. He is very conscientious, efficient and friendly which is why we will continue to be his clients!
I have known Mike for several years, starting with his first HVAC tune up. Helpful and knowledgeable. By far the best home service pro I know. I'm a retired Jet Mech so my standards are high👍
