Highly recommend Comfort Control!! Very reasonable prices with excellent service. Mike H. and Seth installed a new furnace and AC unit for us. We were thankful to have the new furnace up and running before the snowstorm and frigid cold temperatures hit. They were very respectful of our home and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the job. Great local company!!

Furnace decided it wanted to act up on the weekend when it was -8 outside. Called comfort control at 7:30 in the morning to get on the emergency schedule. Shelby was awesome and said they were booked but would get someone out before 5pm. Mark arrived at 2:30pm very courteous and knowledgeable. Thankfully he was able to get my furnace running that day. Awesome service all the way around. I will be reaching out to get my maintained plans set up. Thank you so much.

We had an excellent experience with Ashland Comfort Control in Ashland, Ohio. Matt came out to perform our annual service on our geothermal heating and cooling system, and he did a great job from start to finish. He thoroughly addressed several maintenance issues, including replacing the filters and adjusting the water pipe pressure to the proper level so the system can run efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and it’s obvious he knows geothermal systems well. Because of the quality of service we received, we’ll definitely be scheduling this maintenance every fall going forward. Highly recommend Ashland Comfort Control—and especially Matt—for professional, knowledgeable, and dependable service.

Mark did a great job getting our furnace back to a correct working condition after another company came in and had the entire unit messed up and out of adjustment. He really did an outstanding job and we have already signed up for their Elite service plan for the future. Thanks again Mark.
