My heat stopped working on our upstairs unit recently so I did some quick research and landed on Comfort Experts to help us out. That turned out to be the best thing for us. Mark literally got back to me within minutes with some follow up questions. The office scheduled an appointment right away with me. I was impressed when they put on shoe coverings to enter our house. I also appreciated that Mark keep me updated with what they were troubleshooting and what the problem ended up being. In the beginning, I was just hoping to support a smaller local company. Comfort Experts are the professionals you want to use and the answer to your HVAC needs! Forget using those large HVAC outfits. I’m so glad I found them! I was told by my HVAC maintenance company that my heater had an issue and that it was a safety hazard, the repair estimates were in the thousands, and they had even recommended replacing the entire HVAC system which would have been thousands more! Comfort Experts replaced the component in question that saved me thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars! Nothing like having the coldest day of the year and your heat goes down. Started with a phone call, Mark Bowman was so helpful, curteous right from the start. With some info provided his thought process on repairs was full speed ahead. He was able to provide service on the same day. He performed a diagnostic testing, determined the problem and picked up replacement parts. Within couple hours heat was back on. I was so impressed with the service and his professionalism I signed up for a yearly PM service contract. I HIGHLY Recommend Comfort Experts.
