I had Comfort Experts come out today after my heat pump kept freezing up, and I’m extremely grateful for their service. A previous technician from another company told me I needed Freon and that there was a leak in the compressor. Will from Comfort Experts took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and was confident the issue was the defrost sensor. He checked the Freon levels and confirmed they were appropriate, then discovered the defrost sensor wasn’t even connected. After reconnecting it, he ran multiple tests both inside and outside my home to make sure everything was working properly. The heat is now on, and everything is running as it should. Update: the comfort experts contacted me in order to remedy the situation. I am glad that a company like this is willing to be transparent with customers, fix the situation, and leave the customer happy. I wouldn't recommend their services. If everything goes well then yes they are great, but if they make a mistake and accidentally cause damage they won't come back out and expect you to make an insurance claim. The tech accidentally pulled out a drainage hose that pushed water all over my ceiling drywall.

I was without heat and air for a little over a year . I was originally sent to them from AHS however AHS declined my service because I had just got the warranty. Comforts Experts still quoted me a reasonably good price and was patient with me while I saved for the repair. My service workers were tayla and the owner today they came in fixed my blower motor and was sure to check even the outside unit before they left. I will highly recommend anyone looking for good work, budget friendly and has great customer service.. They were in and out in less then 30 mins. So thankful when I get ready to upgrade my unit id definitely be using them.

From the very beginning, this company was easy to work with and attentive to us. They listened to what we wanted and provided estimates for the proposed work. Everyone was kind and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for HVAC support!
