Rich was successful at troubleshooting my new furnace which was over heating. He took the time to really figure out the root cause and stay to ensure unit was operating as it should. Wow, I really wish this issue had been tested out and install and on the first technician’s visit to troubleshoot. I’m grateful by the third visit. Rich was the person who sent and he was able to figure it out. He was professional and was easy to speak to. He should be rewarded for his service!

⸻ Rich came out to fix the heating blower in the back of our house that had been out for a couple of weeks, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. I was in need of an emergency service due to a gas leak in my heating system. Pablo came within 30 minutes and began troubleshooting the leak. Pablo did due diligence and found the source of the leak. I definitely would recommend Comfort First for all of your HVAC needs. You can take Comfort in the work they do.

Pablo did a great job explaining the maintenance services and a few additional needs to maintain my equipment. He stayed late on a Friday afternoon close to 5pm to finish the work and helped me understand how to better maintain my system.
