10 star company!! EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY! We highly recommend this company! Phones are answered by helpful humans even in the evenings! Service is speedy! Text communication is excellent of who is coming and when to expect their arrival!! Techs are all first-rate! (Tyron, Logan, Timothy) (Neat, clean, orderly, thorough, courteous, helpful!) Cost for a new water heater was very reasonable! Very pleased with their service warranty, too! Highly recommended!!

Comfort First was fabulous; easy making an online appointment, they called back to confirm details of what service I needed and confirmed appointment. The technician, Cory, called first thing in morning of appointment, told us what time he’d be here and was on-time. He was very thorough and explained everything, including prices so there were no surprises. He took photos of everything that he worked on and showed them to me. He had my furnace up and running in no time. Highly recommend. Will be using them again in future.

Excellent office personnel SAVED us over $500 on our income taxes!! We asked for the information needed for an ENERGY CREDIT on our income taxes... they replied immediately... with ALL of the pertinent information!!! Payton and Cody were both very, very helpful. We almost skipped it on our taxes, but since they were so speedy, we entered it and increased our refund over $500!! Excellent company to work with all around!

Amazing experience from start to finish with booking service, the technician Tyron was thorough, informative, professional (even wore shoe covers), quick and efficient. Was not pushy with selling anything. They provided a full report after service including lot of pictures along the way of servicing and repairing (this was wonderful) we started with adding Freon for what was leak somewhere and he explained the whole process and next steps. Would highly recommend the company for service.
