Ron responded in a timely manner & provided a professional service. The service call was done on a Saturday in the middle of a heat wave when my AC was down. He did not take advantage of the situation & overcharge me. Honesty goes a long way in a service oriented business.

Ron came to fix our AC unit right away the next day after calling. He was on time and efficient. He was able to fix our AC so fast and super affordable. He was honest, fast and professional. I was expecting to be told a bunch of lies to what was wrong and being ripped off for a bunch of money for unneeded repairs as we have been done to in the past, but Ron was completely honest and charged us the absolute minimum required to fix our problem. I called him Sunday night and he was here by early Monday morning to help us out on these 100+ degree heat wave days.
