I received clear communication through email and text prior to service. The team arrived on time, completed the job, cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to walk me through the newly installed unit. They happily answered any and all questions, even ones not pertaining to the unit that they installed. Extremely happy with Comfort Air and will use them again in the future.

Wonderful, wonderful experience. Highly recommend. From the initial phone call to schedule to the installation team coming out for the replacement. These guys were a pleasure to work with. Once the install team began, they kept me informed of the status of where things were at in the replacement process and followed through with some additional minor repairs to complete the project.

Our experience with Comfort Air was one of the best we've had with a contractor. From the office personnel to the sales rep to the installation crew everyone was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Our sales rep Mike took the time to learn and understand our concerns with our old system and our needs for the new system. He then presented us with several estimates with different equipment options and available rebates so we could make an informed decision. When it came to scheduling the installation he was more than flexible and scheduled the install for the most optimal time for us. The owner and Cody, the technician that comes to our house, are knowledgeable and helpful. We have routine maintenance with them and everything is kept in good operating order and they are responsive when there are issues and can figure them out and get it taken care of.
