Comfort Master

My AC hasn’t kept up with the summer heat for at least 5 years, maybe 10. Thermostat is set to 71, it gets above 80 at the ground floor and struggles to get below 75 overnight. The 95 degree heat we had last week was unbearable. I called a couple larger-but-local companies, they wouldn’t be out for at least a week. Left Jimmy at Comfort Master a voicemail, he got back to me within an hour and was at my house within 3. It took him two minutes to figure out the issue - see the pictures for that. He was done in 30 minutes and said, “Boy, you’re gonna think you had a new unit installed tonight.” He was right, the unit is keeping up with 90+ degrees for the first time in a long time. Can’t recommend Jimmy enough!

Fantastic response as and service. Jim was so nice and was able to get us back up same day.

I called Jim in the morning and he came out in the afternoon. He was dependable, knowledgeable, courteous, and very reasonable with his fees. Highly recommend!
