Excellent Service! Chris came out to our property to evaluate an HVAC issue. He took his time and had great attention to detail. Everything was made easy with the comfort monster application, I was able to see my reports, bills, and photos of the service appointment. Alex followed up to make sure everything went as expected, and I will definitely be working with them again in the future.

Alex was absolutely amazing. We called out Comfort Monster after being notified by Morris Jenkins, during a maintenance, inspection that we were in need of 2 new furances. Alex came out and checked the system and advised that everything was in working order. He stated that the system was old, but did not need to be replaced at this time. Morris Jenkins was looking for a sale and the prices we were quote were similar to a new car. Alex and CM are professional and trustworthy. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Alex did a fantastic job coming to our home, hearing our needs for a new ac, and providing solutions to what we wanted. The price was incredibly fair and extremely more reasonable than competitors (Morris Jenkins and Patterson Air). He saved us THOUSANDS and we couldn’t be happier. Carrier unit installed extremely well. Friendly technicians. Very honest and answered any questions I had. Other companies blatantly lied, tried to sell highest package only, and charged for items Comfort Monster did not. We will be using them moving forward for maintenance and highly recommend to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

bought a $7k AC unit before the rebranded as comfort monster, have a service contract and spent $2K for repair on our heater. We just went all weekend without heat becasue they didn't have anyone available. So the 24/7 emergency service apparently only applies if they have someone working.

A while back I had Comfort Monster install a mini split system with a 5 year labor and 10 year parts warranty. Wouldn't you know it, right before the 5 year labor warranty was up my system sprung a leak at one of the outside flare joints. The first issue I have is that Comfort Monster charged me over $100 just to look at the system, when it is still under labor and parts warranty... this should not be the case! Secondly, Comfort Monster would not honor the warranty. I understand that this is a common failure mode for these systems that could be a combination of quality of install and manufacturer quality control, so I don't think that they can claim they are not required to honor the warranty in this case. Not only did they not honor the warranty, they quoted more than buying a new system
