We had a great experience working with Ben regarding our furnace. He was professional, kind, and very thorough in evaluating the issue. We especially appreciated his honesty in explaining that the furnace truly needed replacement and walking us through the options without any pressure. Comfort Pro has been easy to work with from the start and made the entire process as smooth as possible, even getting us scheduled for the replacement quickly. Highly recommend!

Isaac (the tech) was very professional and polite, even though he had to go return the part because it was faulty and get a new one. As a matter of fact everyone within the company I spoke with was very professional. The price ($1000.00 plus) was a bit high considering it took less than 30 minutes from start to finish to swap out the unit (4 screws and 2 electrical connections) which only cost $150.00 to $250.00, and yes I looked up the price. But with my senior citizen and military discount they lessened the shock and sting a little. Note; maybe deduct the cost of the first inspection/ service call from cost of actual installation if the customer has you do the repair/ install.

Very disappointed. Guy came out dismissed one of the two problems i had. Fixed the easy problem but didn't finished the job. He left the screws out of the front case Updated Comfort pro contacted me & sent someone out at my earliest convenience. He double check everything and educated me. Very pleased with how Comfort Pro handled the situation & did make it right Thank you

Cameron was amazing he was very detailed in what he was doing and was very professional. He also seen a few things that he thought could be redone to fit better standards that he said he would talk to his bosses about to see if they could be taken care of. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. All and all comfort pro is lucky to have a young guy like him.

Great service as always from Comfort Pro. Devon might be young but quickly gaining experience and this was no easy repair. Took his time to analyze his approach and then went to work. Replaced my Collector Box and pressure switch for my heat. This required some plumbing work for drainage and maneuvering the components to deinstall and reinstall. Good job Devon. If you don’t have a service plan with Comfort Pro, get one now. It’s saves you money in the long term.
