Excellent service! Jake had come to fix our heater late night and when it was frigid cold. He fixed the heater in no time restored heat to our house during one of the coldest nights I have ever experienced. Explained his repair and how to prevent further damage to unit and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jake and Comfort Right Heating and Cooling for any heating/cooling needs and repairs.

We had a great experience with Comfort Right, and would definitely recommend them. We received prompt and courteous after hours service for a faulty furnace on a below zero night. They laid out repair and replacement options and we chose to replace. They adjusted their schedule and had our new furnace up and running in less than 24 hours. It was an emergency job but they still took the time to do it right. Excellent workmanship.

Jake was exceptional. Sent message letting us know he was on his way and arrived at the scheduled time. Jake was very thorough in his assessment of the problem and was able to implement a plan that resolved the problem. He was very generous with his time and committed to ensure that all our questions were answered and satisfied with the services provided.

Recently we worked with Jake on our first property for full installation (furnace, ac, 454b). I needed specific brands and he tends to work with those. Overall, warranty and labor is pretty standard. Installation is neat and looks good. He took his sweet time to install and did not rush into anything. Looking forward to using his services in near future. Will update here if we found any problems with install.
