My technician Jamison was absolutely wonderful. He was personable, an excellent communicator, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Even with a missing part from the original install, he went above and beyond to get my new fireplace up and running in a timely matter. Exceptional service and a delight to have in my home. And I’m very happy with the look of the fireplace itself. Highly recommend!
