I used Comfort Specialists to install a new oil furnace. The furnace looked and worked great but failed town inspection. I reached out multiple times to resolve the inspection issue however received no response back. I called and I emailed several times. When I called Comfort Specialists from a different phone number, they finally picked up. They scheduled an appt to come back to fix the inspection issue but the day they were scheduled to arrive, they reached out and said the part was on back order and they would have to come another day. A month later and I'm still waiting for that call back. Their customer service is ridiculous. I finally had to place a call with a different vendor and that vendor had 3 of the same part that was "supposedly" on back order. I wish Comfort Specialists c
