Shane did a great job! Fast, friendly service and a very fair price. Shane answered all my questions and made sure my new WiFi thermostat was completely set up and working before leaving. He did a thorough check of the whole system and made some maintenance recommendations to save on future issues, but didn’t press the issue. Will definitely use them in the future!

We had the best experience with Comfort Star, Habib (owner), Miguel and Marco (who did the replacement and reinstallation of air duct & plenums). Our house was built in the 1960s and we have always had AC issues since moving in. Regardless of the type of units installed, the AC was loud when it turned on and the house was simply not cool enough. We could never get the temp to be lower than 79 degree no matter how long the AC was kept running. Last year, we had the furnace, compressor, and coil replaced, but the problems remained. What’s worse, the drain line kept getting clogged, shutting down the AC altogether. For several nights I had to take a wet vacuum to suck up all the water in the pan so that we won’t be without AC.
