Our AC has been out for 2 days and we are waiting for my husband’s contact to take a look at our system. And yesterday our sweet neighbor Sherrie came to visit our home, I told her, I apologize we don’t have AC and she was like “oh no! Let me call Chuck of Comfort Systems and today we had our service call and both Home and detached garage AC are finally fixed! Thanks to our awesome neighbors and to Mike he did a great job! Our dog Cujo is loving the cool breeze.

Absolutely horrible. Our building has been without heat for 3 weeks and all we can get is, we are waiting on a part. No update. No sense of caring. No alternative heating to compensate for their inept ability to provide reliable service.

Good afternoon! I just wanted to reach out to you all today because I had the best experience with one of your technician’s today! Your company was recommended by my co-worker, Jackie (via Zack Bridgeman) upon us needing an HVAC system analysis for the closing of our home. The great experience started with scheduling with Melissa; she was kind and accommodating. The technician’s name was Chris Edwards; he came out to my home this morning promptly at the time scheduled (this NEVER seems to happen in the service industry - we should know, we are selling our house and have been working with all types of contractors). He was professional, courteous, efficient, and clean. He took the time to educate me on my system and let me know the importance of maintaining a good working HVAC system.

The service tech was very meticulous in cleaning and servicing my a/c unit. The duct guys repaired or replaced my duct insulation in my crawl space, also sealed my branch line takeoffs. I was very pleased.

Had a driver with plate CSV-65 pass on the right this morning at 530am, then proceed to stop at tell at me at a red light, must have been a business emergency breaking the law for no reason. After seeing the other review with another bad driver, I wouldn't trust this company if this is how they act in their WORK vehicles.
