Landlord was 'johnny-on-the-spot' when I said there was a heating problem. One hour later these guys were knocking on my door. After trouble-shooting the furnace, they explained everything to me in very understandable terms. Later that same day I got word the parts were ordered and they'd be back in just a couple of days to swap them out. As a side note, I also learned this is the same company that helped out a friend of mine a few back during the first cold spell. They had to go through a tiny crawlspace, surprise surprise, to get to the furnace and remove a bird that had fallen in. Since a part got busted, they ordered and replaced it.
