The crew that installed my new roof, took the time needed to install the roof and clean up any debris that was left behind. Jeremy was our salesman and was very professional and pleasant. He provided great information on Comfort Windows as a company and the products and services offered. Haven't received my windows yet as it takes a while due to being custom made so I'm commenting mostly on the process. Jeremy was great. He told me what i needed to know without overselling and didn't feel like it was a sales pitch. He was respectful of my time. The ability to text with any questions/scheduling made the process easier. Received three estimates who who were all within $200 of each other... but Comforts responsiveness, patience's and flexibility is what made me choose Comfort windows. I had one company that called 1 hour before appointment to say they couldn't make it and then just never called back or rescheduled. I wanted dependable people that I could get a hold of. They also offered a military discount which was nice and I support the companies that support our veterans.
