Not the same Comfort Zone. I have used Comfort Zone for years and they have always been awesome. However, the company is under new ownership and they are the worst. I have called them four times since fall of last year to get my three units (which they replaced) serviced and they have not been out yet claiming they only have one service tech.

My heating system went out at night over the weekend. I called Comfort Zone, thinking I wouldn't be serviced until the upcoming week. But no, Comfort Zone came and fixed my heating system that same night! The tech, who was also the owner, was very professional, extremely nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I give Comfort Zone the highest rating! Thank you Comfort Zone.

Paid David a deposit in October for a new construction job. Took the deposit and did about a half day of work in November. Nothing since and will not take a call or call me back. Just an email every few weeks saying he is sending someone. I finally had to hire another company and contact the license board. Will delete this if he makes it right and refunds my deposit.

They were fast and efficient!!! When the HVAC professional arrived he assessed the problem, later that day I had an estimate! They ordered my part and had my heat going before the cold weather came! I would highly recommend their services as they are my trusted HVAC installer/repair professionals! Thanks again Comfort Zone for taking care of us!

Still waiting on a rough in to be finished. My deposit was quickly taken then no work for months. Hopefully it gets finished and I can update the review. Was told today they plan to make it right so will keep it updated.
