Mill came out to my father’s rural country home on a very snowy, windy day, in order to repair my dad’s boiler system. He did a great job and he was very courteous and professional. We would not hesitate to call Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling again in the future.

I contacted Comfort Zone on Saturday, November 1, because my furnace was not heating my home to the temperature set on the thermostat. Frank came to my home to assess the issue, and I was charged $309 due to weekend service surcharges. I have a newborn baby at home, so being without heat was not an option. Before Frank left, the furnace appeared to be working, but the same issue returned later that day. I contacted the company again on Sunday and was instructed to reset the furnace and told a technician would return Monday. The reset did not fix the problem, and I never received any follow-up calls or service afterward. As a result, I had to hire a separate company to resolve the issue. Based on google reviews, I called Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling to come out and take a look at my broken-down AC unit. They were the only ones around to set up an inspection the very next day. After back-and-forth discussions the day of them coming out, and considering the next unknowns of my 25+ year old furnace and AC unit, I decided to go with them to provide me their service of installing a new Trane Furnace and AC Unit. From my Inspection and quote of a new system by Frank, and the install of the new system by Dalian, Eddie and Mill, everything was great. They were all very personable. The installation was clean and professional with great attention to detail. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Comfort Zone Heating & Cooling.

We just had our ac fixed by Mill Gorkes after being without air for about 1 week. Not only was he very personable knowledgeable and informative he explained all of the options in great detail.
