Just had a fantastic experience with our technician, Matt Sparks. Professional, friendly, thorough service. He offered multiple solutions at different price points and the benefits of each so we could make an educated decision. Super quick too. And on a SUNDAY. So appreciate Matt and the team at Comfort Zone!!

I called for a service repair. Air handler fan wasn’t running. Sent tech same day. Tech did not come to make repair. He came to sell something. He looked at blower motor, and capacitor. Capacitor was leaking oil. I ask 3 times about him replacing the capacitor. He said he had one in his service truck. He still did not change capacitor. He did offer me a huge estimate to change fan motor. 1000 plus labor for OEM parts. He did continue to recommend that I spend an extra 3 grand for complete system work over. I ask him again about the capacitor. It wasn’t on his agenda. Paid him his 79.00 and told him I didn’t want his service since all he offered was ridiculous. Jordan was our technician for a routine maintenance plan inspection. He also performed a free dryer duct inspection. He was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Our capacitors were both getting low and he did a great job of explaining the issue so we could decide a course of action. Great company, great people!
