We just moved to the area and signed up for service with them as they were the incumbent provider. Despite paying for an annual maintenance contract, on two different occasions, our air conditioner broke in the evening, and despite emails and phone calls, they do not call back. Twice. I would never work with them again and will be asking for a maintenance service contract refund. In both cases, I called a different company who promptly came out - two different times and were great. Comfort Zone Air Conditioning after hours service is HORRIBLE. Admittedly, the technician who came out originally was great, but their follow-up customer service is really just awful.

I was referred to this company by a trusted contractor I know. The first technician showed up when promised and did a very professional job of diagnosing my problem. We opted to have a new central A/C unit installed. I got a written estimate which was exactly the final price. Most importantly, they helped my wife understand what needed to be done and they made her feel very comfortable. They Showed up EXACTLY when they promised. The crew was professional and courteous. The install went smoothly and took the amount of time they said it would. Communications were perfect. If my friends ask me where they should go to have their air conditioning work done, I will always recommend Comfort Zone Air Conditioning.
