Our air conditioner stopped working just days before we were to host a family reunion. Despite being busy, Sean worked us into his schedule to diagnose our problem, order a part, and get us running again. Sean's technical skills and customer service are extraordinary! I used Comfort tech back in mid-October to install a 5 zone and 2 compressor Mitsubishi ductless minisplit system. Sean did an excellent job installing both the interior and exterior units taking great care not to damage my walls and cleaned up every spec of dust before he let. The exterior lines going up the side of the house were very cleanly installed and looks soo much better than the old "thru the wall " AC units we had. This was all installed in a 90 year old home. I would highly recommend Comforteh. Sean arrived promprtly on time and completed the entire job very quickly. He even followed up 2 months later to make sure we registered our warranties and that everything was working smoothly (it is!).

I called at 9 am on a Friday and Sean was at the house by 12:45 pm the same day to troubleshoot our furnace. He ran all proper diagnostics and was able to find the cause of the problem. He was very professional, kind, courteous, gave us a military discount. He told us if the problem occurs again he would come out at no charge to us to continue to work on it. Highly recommend!
