I had 4 HVAC contractors quote my job. It was to replace the furnace in the attic furnace room, above the second story, so not an ideal location for sure. I selected ComfortPro, as their quote was competitive (slightly higher) but I was very happy with the qualtiy equipment quoted and the knowledge and professionalism of the owner, who provided the on-site quote himself. His involvement and technical expertise tipped the scales in ComfortPro's favor. Two of the others sent 'salesman' to quote the job rather than what I consider HVAC technical experts. They arrived on-time and quickly got to work. The installation was very well done, neat and professional. They took the extra steps to make sure it was a quality job every step of the way. The guys also did a great job cleaning up. V

Will arrived promptly and checked everything out. He figured out and confirmed that my gas had been shut off. Omni Fiber cut a gas line. He checked out my furnace and told me it looked good. It is an older one but still running. Thank you Will and ComfortPro heating. Thanks Lisa for sending Will so promptly and not making me wait.

Diagnosis of the problem was quick and accurate. Quote for the new furnace was exact. No surprises. Workmanship was exactly as described. Clean-up was complete. The company employees and it's owner still have old time customer service and integrity as it's first priorty.

I called late on a Saturday night when my heat stopped working and was really worried because we have a 1‑month‑old baby at home. They came out first thing the next morning at 8 AM! The technician was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and diagnosed the problem within an hour. Our heat was back up and running in no time. I’ll definitely be using them again for their yearly furnace and AC maintenance plan—it’s well worth the $200! Highly recommend this company for fast, reliable, and honest service.

This was truly at great experience. Koli was so kind fixed my issue quickly. The communication was awesome I was aware of when he was on route and when he got here. He also told me som great advice and did not try to sell me on anything. My issue was my heat didn't work come to find out i was missing a cord. Koli made waited to make sure my heat actually worked before leaving. He was also very respectful to my home. I could right before they closed yesterday and they got me an appointment for today the lady I talked to when I called was very nice I can't think of her name but she was helpful as well. Im very grateful for them.
