Came to Florida in September. Called Comforstar to try and get some questions I had about the unit I recently had installed, nothing wrong with the unit but my contractor didn’t speak much English so I thought about going to the source…was greeted by Ms. Angie on the phone and I can’t express how grateful I am, she went above and beyond to answer my questions and when she didn’t know it, she transferred me to the tech support team and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and polite! Can’t recommend them enough! Will definitely look into getting a Comforstar product at home up North!
