Couldn't get much service from my area of Binghamton, NY. Tom was super helpful and very responsive in getting me the blower motor I needed for my wood furnace. Couple phone calls,, couple emails and i was going to pick up the part i needed.. It was a bit of a hike to go to Pulaski, but when its 20 degrees out, one needs to have heat. Even with the distance, Tom will be the first one I call if I ever have any other issues or consider installing a newer boiler. Thank you for for being a business that still takes customer service seriously and goes above and beyond for the customer!
Communication was poor throughout my experience. Took a while to get back to me in the very beginning. Never heard back after I finally got someone out to my house to work up an estimate. We discussed that we were ready to make the purchase and had cash in hand more or less and still no response. I called the office to inquire about it and the response was along the lines of "it's the busy season".
If you are looking to purchase a wood, cool, or any other type of boiler, I definitely recommend going to Comfortwise.
