10’s!10’s!10’s… if I could give 10 stars I honestly would. From Mel who was so patient and kind with me on the phone. To Joseph who worked on the fridge at my store. Mel was very detailed and communicated updates with me about the timeline for repairs. Joseph explained the steps he took to repair my fridge and was extremely friendly. Like I stated 10’s definitely recommend and will be using for future repairs.

We called these folks to repair a machine we rented from Ecolab. We told them that on the phone. They came out said they couldn't work on an Ecolab machine and charged us $368. They had us sign a wide open credit card authorization form before they would come...I know..my mistake. They said we told them the machine was not Ecolab but Franklin...Franklin is the manufacturer of machine which is what I thought they were asking on the form when they said " Manufacturer." Anyway they used that to say we misled them. Find someone else if at all possible. These people will trap you into paying for things they won't do.

Commercial appliance has one of the best technicians I have ever met. Nathaniel Capo has done the installation and start up of our Garland Grills. His customer service is impeccable and professionalism exceeds above and beyond. Great meeting and working with Nathaniel Capo.

Could I give these guys a big Fat Zero??? I called the 800 number for a part inquiry and got a computerized message, could not get a hold of anybody, I finally got the emergency tech, and he said that my emergency does not constitute their emergency, well, they took my money as well as an overnight charge shipping Fee. He claimed that they will give me a refund, what will that accomplish? They have a website, takes your money and then not deliver What a waste!
