Commercial Fence & Iron Works

I asked this company to fix my gate they installed last year and to give me a quote to replace another part of my fence. I took time off of work to meet with the guy to fix the fence and do the quote. I explained when he arrived that I need a quote for a 6' fence board on board just like the rest of the fence in my backyard and showed him the issue with the gate. My gate was never touched by the guy that day and the quote he sent me was for a 5' fence and not board on board. I called to complain to the owner and he was rude to me and asked if I had ever "made a mistake?" He said he would send someone back out the fix the gate and give me a corrected quote. A guy came back out to fix the gate and then sent me an email that it was fixed and that they wouldn't be giving me a new quote. Wow

i left 2 voice message and put in 3 inquiries through the website and received nothing back from anyone. And i'm a two time returning customer. Go figure. Is anyone from your company ever going to call? or are you simply not in business to get new business? Please take the free estimate off your website because it's simply not true.

Was told we would receive a call about setting up a quote. Was never called back
