Although this company serves the hospitality sector, as a homeowner I was in the market for a specific product that Ron sells which is rubber padding for carpet, specifically the Berber pattern. Rubber padding is an all natural product that emits no VOC's, a characteristic in keeping with my goal of maintaining a green home. The other huge advantage to it is that it lasts a lifetime. Carpets might need changing but there'll be no added expense of replacing the padding as well. The price is lower than conventional padding and there's no difference to the feel of walking on it. Thanks for getting back to me. Remember we had agreement that you will make 3 payments for the discolored carpet delivered at our hotel. You and I agree to install the discolored carpet and you was going to refund me $1500 in 3 installments. You paid one installment and then you never sent any checks.Ordered the carpet for Hotel. Bad quality carpet delivered for 55 rooms. Agreed to refund me some money which I never received to the date. I will not recommend to anyone. .

I had done business with them a few years ago, which was a good experience. I called to inquire about more carpet, which happened to be a few days after the killing of George Floyd and the ensuing riots in MN. I did not bring this up because I was TRYING TO BUY CARPET. The salesperson did and immediately began ranting about black people not respecting property and so on (which is a severely less offensive version of his brief monologue). Thank God, people can believe anything they want. If they chose to verbalize their thoughts to customers it has consequences. I politely told him I would find carpet elsewhere.
