The worst experience I have ever had. Eric came and asked us where is the water shut off. After directed him to the water shut off and he insisted to open the dry water and do not believe what the property manger ( who has been working here for 20 years). We tried to bring another plumber working here and explain to him how it works, he seemed very confused and not knowing what to do. We were told commercial plumbing knows this buikding well and that is why we give the service to commercial plumbing . We already got cartridge , the brand , the screws and everything prepared. What else do you expect us to do! He not only resist to perform the job but left with all the valves open. What a wonderful job.

Phone rep needs to be replaced. Shame that the phone call is the first impression, and it is terrible service. The workers themselves are decent and knowledgeable people who did okay plumbing work and gave good recommendations on follow up. Expect last minute Cancellations if they are running late.

This staff is absolutely ridiculously rude and unprofessional. You can't talk to anyone on the phone. When you go to the office they are too preoccupied cutting up to do their job. You can cancel an appointment two days prior and they still charge you a late fee and then can't get someone on the phone to discuss the bill. My boyfriend has been with Dr. Banache for a long time and he likes him, but with an awful staff it's unbearable and its time for him to change doctors.

Rude staff members. We were looking for a new PCP and we heard nothing but great things about this doctor. We called back in the earlier part of December but was told they didn’t have anything available until January. We waited until January 2nd then called back then staff said we had to do the online forms before an appointment, we couldn’t figure out the website so we called back & they gave it to us . We filled the forms out and called back later that same day to make an appointment but only get told they couldn’t find the forms online then the system was down. Fast forward a week later I get a call & I try and proceed with making an appointment but now they don’t have anything until middle of February!! When I tried to explain to the guy that called me , he hung up in my face!!!! Very

I made a new patient appointment a couple of weeks in advance. Upon arrival I had to fill out the standard paperwork which took a few minutes. Afterward, I waited maybe fifteen minutes until I was called back to a room. The nurse was very friendly. Dr. Banach is super nice and much more personable than many doctors. I also had some blood drawn. Mary was incredible and very good at her job!
