Was involved in an accident with one of the company trucks, the truck hit some power lines causing them to fall on my vehicle causing over $5,000 in damages. I spoke with the supervisor on scene and he assured me the company would take care of fixing my vehicle. Almost two months later they are refusing to fix the damage. Terrible customer service.

Saturday November 18,2023@11:15am One of your trucks was driving back to your parking lot where the trucks park. The road he was on had a shoulder that had dirt,this driver went out of his way to throw diit on someone walking....on purpose. Is this how you want people to view your name on Hampton roads? I hope not.

Very unprofessional driver's tailgating smaller vehicles using left lane when clearly posted trucks use right lane. Clearly no regard for Safety or professionalism from this company trk#85

This companies drivers need to be evaluated. They let anyone with 0 idea how to drive use their vehicles

Always late and trucks didn't had any water after they charge you for it, never had any problems with other branches, just the Chesapeake one
