Project X made our renovations/clean up process run so smoothly! I am incredibly happy with everything Sam did to get our trailer updated and ready for move in! Project X did a fantastic job renovating my condo after my unit sustained water damage. Sam, the project manager, was professional, personable, and always prompt on getting back to me with any questions I had. He kept me informed with every aspect of the project, which I appreciate since I am very hands on. Sam oversaw the entire project, and made certain that nothing was omitted or glossed over. Even after repairs were completed, the job wrapped up, and new tenants moved in, he came back out to tweak a few things that the tenants requested to be looked at. That is real quality service that is hard to come by nowadays. I worked with Sam at Project X on a repairing some water damage from a roof leak. The entire project was first class. Sam is extremely responsive and was able to be flexible around scheduling. I was very impressed with the work they did. They "sealed" off the work area and kept the mess away from the rest of the living areas as they worked. The space was cleaner and looked better after they were done then it was before they started. The project took about 2 days longer then expected but it was absolutely worth the wait. If you have any restoration needs I highly recommend working with Project X and Sam.

We had a major sewage backup into our medical clinic and Project X did an amazing job cleaning up and removing the smell! They were very reliable and came out the same day for an estimate. 2 hours later, the cleanup crew came in and took care of everything.
