Impossible to cancel. They bill you for the next month on the 20th. Then they require you to come in and fill out a physical form to cancel. I dont have time to do that and called them many times to cancel and they refuse unless i fill out the form. They are billing me for next month after i told them i have been trying to cancel for 2 months and dont have the time to come in. The lady at the desk just got an attitude with me instead of being helpful. They refuse to stop billing until it goes into collections. Thats fine i will dispute it and pay nothing. Very immoral and outdated system. Who still uses paper documents? This garage will continue to remain empty.
Not the best parking garage but the elevator is not really like the best but it’s ok.
