The owner, Ken, was prompt to respond when called and was able to schedule an appointment convenient for me! His professionalism was apparent yet he still added that personal touch that most large service companies lack! Ken’s work was so thorough and I am very pleased in how my carpets look! I definitely recommend Common Courtesy Cleaning. We set up an appointment to discuss my cleaning project and they were on time and very knowledgeable as to what would need to be done, and emailed me an estimate within one day of our meeting. They finished the job in the time estimated and at the estimated price. Ken and Melissa Taylor are very professional and....courteous.

We had Melissa come out to our house to give us an estimate for a deep clean before we listed our house for sale. She stopped by and gave us the price and set a date and time to come clean the following week. The day she was scheduled to come my husband texted her to ask her to let us know when she was close to arriving because we have dogs and wanted to put them in the garage so they weren’t in the way. She immediately read the message and did not respond. A few hours later my husband reached out again and asked if she was still coming. Still no response. This is extremely unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend her to clean your house. It’s one thing to have to reschedule if you can’t make it, but to just completely ignore the message and not respond is a terrible business practice an
