I have used CSC for several projects now, big & small and will absolutely continue using them. I started with a smaller personal project at my own home. They did a fantastic job on all fronts (including post sale communication), so I started integrating them into my real estate business needs. The whole team is excellent!

C.S.C. did a fantastic job for our roofing company. We were working on a 100+ year old historic house downtown with massive structural damage that required a General Contractor with experience in the historic homes of our beautiful Pensacola downtown district. Adam White was able to meet my customer the same day as requested and provide an immediate scope of work and rough pricing for our costumer. Common Sense Construction provided quality work in a very timely manner with great communication across the board. I will gladly be calling Adam in the future for any of my construction needs.

Can't recommend common sense construction enough. They gave a fair price, did good work, were easy to communicate with, thought along and worked around our schedule. They replaced a rotted load bearing beam in quick fashion and even communicated with another contractor we were using to help ensure that the work was done before the next crew came in.

The reviews are true! Great response time and knew exactly what to do! They were even able to squeeze us in early due to their awesome time management. We had the exact problem with our garage door install as another reviewer did. They made the whole process so much easier! We will be using them again!

CSC came in and did a great job repairing water damage from a storm. The crew was very friendly and professional with our live in renovation. Dust and living space intrusion was minimal. The team did a great job with the structural repairs as well as the finish work. Attention to detail on the windows and front door was fantastic.
