We used Brian Fenner for 2 projects recently. All he cared about was receiving payment before he even completed the inspections for us. He then proceeded to look up owner of our company and call him to pester about payment after it was already sent out in mail. Totally rude and arrogant on the phone, doesn’t care about your business at all! Terrible at responding and communicating. I would never recommend using this inspector again!

I’ve done 10+ inspections through them. Their inspectors generally do not return phone calls or show up to scheduled appointments. Also they conveniently like to be cash only and do not provide receipts

They inspected a house I purchased for work performed by the previous owner that was required in the purchase agreement. The work was not per code, and they are now avoiding their responsibility in the matter. I would never use them as they have a legal responsibility to ensure all work performed is to code. As I am not their "customer" (Previous Home Owner) they will take no responsibility for rectifying their screw up. All other parties that had been involved have stepped up. They are the only ones ducking what they did. Don;t use them.

Great experience, spoke with Bill and he came out the next day for pool inspection. Very professional and great personality. Price was also less than others in our area. I will use them again.

This so-called inspection company has so far sent out three inspectors and each one wants more and more money and the owner has no idea what the code is for any Town or City that they work for. If they weren't the only inspection company, I would not have used them, but guaranteed, I am not getting any more electrical work done in my house for as long as I live in this house.
