Spoke to Jim over the phone after a scary mold inspection on a house I'm buying. He walked me through some steps to try and fix on my own and a quick quote for him to test if I have problems after buying the house. Will 100% hire them if I need services in the future.

Surprised to see the below review which was not at all my experience. Work was very fairly priced, correctly performed, and the crew who showed up were professional and courteous. I recommend to anyone in need of mold remediation or basement moisture. Unlike other basement contractors, Jim was very up front about a cheaper option that may fix my issue for a period of time and let me ultimately decide whether I wanted to do extensive work or just the basics. I appreciated his honesty!

Used this company for a residential mold test. Jim was incredibly knowledgable about everything mold-related and spent some extra time discussing different types of mold with us and explaining the test in detail. He is definitely an expert at what he does, and I felt very comfortable asking him questions. Diane who scheduled the mold test was also very helpful. Would use again!

Charge far to much for the small amount of work they do. Mold not fully remediated, employees that get high inside your crawl space. You do not recommend contracting this company.

The only place you want to use. Jim, Jason, and Brad were AMAZING. Business office was nice and professional. 10/10 recommend
