Chad came to the house with a detailed estimate for two types of shingle. He was very detailed in describing the company and how they approach each job they do. He inspected the roof and found many issues as well as errors in the old roof installation. Chad was on-site with the crew to deliver addition materials and to make sure they had what they needed for the job The crew was great as well, very professional and completed the job on a 2900 sq ft house with stepped roofing in 2 days.

Commonwealth Roofing replaced our roof several years ago and did a wonderful job. The project was completed in a timely manner, the workmanship was excellent, and the crew made sure our parking lot and grounds stayed clean and clear of nails, etc during the job. I am reviewing them now due to the service they continue to provide to their customers even years after the initial roof install.
