Great service, execution, and price. CBS conducted a complete restoration of my 1887 home (in 2025). They handled everything from new mechanicals to gorgeous finish work all in keeping with the home's original aesthetic. Their work was extensive: chimney repair, foundation pointing and sealing, concrete work, landscape grading, HVAC design/installation, plumbing, electrical, extension of the living space, movement of walls, new windows, all-new bathrooms and kitchen, new and refurbished hardwood flooring, new attic insulation, and more. Incredible attention to detail and outstanding customer service. Their work has about tripled the resale value of my home. I'll never work with another company.

I have used CBS for a variety of projects over the years. Recently they repaired my garage, replaced the concrete on my front sidewalk, replaced the windows on my front porch and installed a gutter guard. I find the whole company to be friendly, on time and do great work! I will continue to use CBS for anything I need done, and refer them to friends and family! From start to finish, Jim and his assistant, Nick provided our family with high quality craftsmanship, and along with Kyle, the best possible customer service experience on our complete kitchen remodel.
